I found MINT to be all looks and security holes a plenty, to many for this user.
Im looking for something AS CLOSE as POSSIBLE to this program http://wubi-installer.org/ but for DEBIAN (what ubuntu is based on).
for my EXP level, Debian is as safe as I can go now, thank you kindly
Not run, Install in windows and be able to boot into the full os from a cold start..

I don’t think that there is anything like wubi for debian and I believe it is because of security. It is more secure to install debian apart from windows and on a separate partition.
Good luck
There is Debian-Installer Loader which is similar to Wubi however I have never used it so cannot comment

LUg.
VirtualBox, easy, fast, and FREE

=) happy Linux using!
I believe your looking for something like VMWARE http://www.vmware.com/products/player/
Where you can run Mac,Linux,Windows in ANY Order with ANY 1 installed. This is the #1 to run a OS inside of another OS. Good Luck & Enjoy..
1. Go to http://www.goodbye-microsoft.com
2. Click on the Debian Logo.
That’s how you do it.
Unless you want to download a net-install livecd and boot from that, but the website is easier. And it’s as close as possible to wubi.
