Why is Yahoo censoring Linux, open source, or any alternatives that are a treat to Microsoft? What Else?

Microsoft has noting to fere from Linux, I use sted of Win 2000 wen my piret system crash and no disc reboot. Linux take 10 minutes warm up ant 2 minutes change page, 2000 taek 2 minute warm up ant 1 second change web paeg tey has nosting to fere.
Yahoo? Censoring LAMP?? I’m not aware of this.

Yahoo isn’t censoring, they just aren’t making internal changes publicly available. I for one wouldn’t want to make my changes publicly available especially with investors twitching every time a company changes. although granted Microsoft and yahoo do have a distant relationship together.
Recently Yahoo announced yahoo messenger is partially going open source to allow for plugins to be developed which would extend its framework to new areas. The developer kit for it can be found here.
