why do i enter in the text mode if i chose graphical mode during linux redhat installation?

whenever i opt for any other option , its getting right into the text mode for the installation..i know the graphical mode type of installation and want to install linux in graphical mode…any answers??

Usually it does that if it cannot automatically detect your display adapter type or monitor type.

For awesome hardware detection go with a debian derivative like Knoppix. Sometimes Fedora has trouble selecting workable drivers during install. It’s usually fixable. Of course if you are trying to use RHEL instead of Fedora or Centos, don’t.
