which linux flavour is best to learn & to customize& free support for a bug & doupts?. except redhat.?

im doing redhat linux course (RHCE) in chennai. i would like to know about other flavours & easier & powerful os, give me the reasons & features of that. I think my linux community will tech me good flavours & features
