Beta is newer, but still being tested. Stable is safer.
Aside from that …
Get Mac if you have a Mac. Get Linux if you have Linux.
Get RPM if you have a Linux distro that uses the RPM package format. Get deb if you have a Linux distro that uses the DEB package format.
There isn’t anything "better" about any of them, they are just packaged differently for different systems.
If you are running Windows none of those are good for you.
Use Utorrent anyway.
It all depends on which operating system you have.
