Where can I get the source code for applications that we use in windows,macintosh and linux operating systems?

   You can’t get the source code unless the software is open source.

   http://www.sourceforge.net is a good place to start for most FOSS source.

   Source code is not available for apple and windows applications. THey are proprietary and not available to the public. Linux is open source and all the programs are available to the public. The link below will have some and sourceforgenet will have some

   It depends on the application.

   If it is available, you can usually get it from the publisher’s website.

   If the applications are open-source, you should be able do download the source code from the developer’s website. If you don’t know which website to go to, you can always Google "<software title> source code download" or something like that.
