What for? Unless you do something really stupid, like running the machine as root all the time, nothing can touch you. Even then most bugs can’t get too far.

I am not aware of any spyware problems with linux. You might do a google search with "spyware linux" as the key words and see if you get any hits indicating that you need to install anything.
ClamAV is anti-virus, and that is mainly to check for windoze viruses in e-mail – not necessary for your linux e-mail client, unless you do a lot of forwarding, in which case you may want it to avoid sending a windoze-user an infected file.
If you REALLY want to install such a program, use google to identify such a program, or go to the Suse website and see what is said there.
