Where can I find a Linux OS that I can install from a floppy?

I want to install Linux on my old laptop, and it only has an external floppy drive. Where can I find the floppy image, and instructions on how to install it? Thanks.

I’ve successfully used Ubuntu to book from either a floppy or a cd or e thumb drive. Brilliant small program. See link below.
