Ubuntu 11 and Fedora 16 are the latest ones.
Other than Ubuntu, there is Linux Mint and Sabayon Linux.
Fedora Linux operating system the best one u can use..
If you can handle, Slackware is the best!
The two current favourites are Ubuntu and Linux Mint. The best is simply a personal choice. You can get various distros as live CD/DVD. Booting from these will let you try the software without installing it and spoiling your Windows installation. This way you can try various versions before you make a final choice.
I thoroughly recommend Linux Mint 11. Its easy to install and easy to use plus it comes with much of the software you are likely to need preinstalled

Some suggestions to try are Linux Mint, Fedora, openSUSE, Debian, Slackware, ZorinOS, PinguyOS, PCLinuxOS, and Elementary OS, but suggestions are all I can give you – the "best" Linux system is a purely subjective decision that rests with your experience and preferences.
