What programs are out there to use my computer as a bluetooth speakerphone for my cellphone? XP, OS X, Linux?

Preferably XP, but I think answers for people out there running OS X and popular distros of Linux would help too.

I researched it a year ago, the best I could find was a car kit wired to the audio in on the computer. No software. Sorry.
