In accordance with the criteria of both Windows and Linux assessment, there are certain issues: each have more than one operating system version. Microsoft’s operating system is Windows98, WindowsNT, Windows2000, Windows2003 Server and Windows CE, Linux and the release because of Nuclear (based on 2.2,2.4,2.6) have different greater difference. On a basic level, Linux distros are (at least much more) open source, and so the average coding enthusiast has the ability to contribute to and/or edit software on that operating system. You don’t have as much liberty with that in the fully-copyrighted Microsoft systems.
I just know that Windows is easy to use, and Linux is hard to use, but if u learn Linux very well, it would beat the hell out of windows
, so… i just use windows bcuz im kinda stuiped
Linux is user created and you have to know a lot about computers and coding and operating systems
You basically create your own operating system
Windows and Mac are already created
microsoft is easier to use for u cuz u used it for your whole life
ok…
linux is an open source OS wich means that anyone can modify it and make it better!!!
linux is free!!
linux doesnt have viruses
linux is much faster than winblows
u can pimp out your linux OS intense (change everything)
linux comes with awesome desktop effects
for the ppl who say that windows programs dont work on linux, theres a free alternative for almost all the programs and for the ones theres not, theres a windows emulator that emulates win programs (its more compatible than vista is)
the only good thing about windows is that win$hit comes preinstalled on your pc so u don have to install the drivers for like your graphic card on networking card. on linux, u have to do it manually for some of those
