What is the difference between CompTIA certifications and others, like Linux, Microsoft and others?

   compTIA is non-vendor organisation.
   it is not vendor specific.
   all others are vendor specific.
   like
   cisco for network interconnecting devices.
   compTIA has no product to offer.
