What is the better way to run windows applications (wordsearch 8 specifically) In Linux Ubuntu? WINE will not?

Wine will not work with this app. Would VirtualBox be better than dual boot? or is there a better way? Hdd space is not an issue.
Thanks-

There are some other ways to run widows programs in linux but they are not all free. See the first 2 links. I have never used them and cannot vouch for them.
Virtualization is a good free way to run windows programs and so is a dual boot. THere are pros and cons to both ways. You will have to see which you like best.
A few thoughts:
Dual boot: Cons, you have to reboot to switch to the other OS, it is generally said windows cannot reliably share files with linux.
Pros, both OSes run quickly, both OSes stand on their own independently.
Virtualization Virtualbox or VMware: pros, it is easy to switch form one OS to the other, you can setup a shared folder to share files,
Cons, the virtualized OS will probably run slower depending on the amount of ram and cpu power alloted to it, it can be tricky to set up virtualized windows to use the printer, internet.
Good luck
u r out of luck u can install a virtual machine or dual boot
