what are the stats for a mandrake in D&D?

I’m trying to find the stats for the mandrake for a quest I’m DMing and I can’t seem to find them anywhere.

There is no stat for mandrake root.
It is mainly used to create homunculus.
You could either buy it from an alchemist store or search for it, DM’s call on difficulty level for the Knowledge (nature) roll.
