I’m hoping to set up a project for developing an MS Windows open-source program. Is there an organization for Microsoft Windows open-source software development which is similar to the GNU/Linux organization?

Before Installing Does MS Windows Create a drive partition for the new OS to be installed
Finished Installing
Does it automatically choose OS to load When Booting Up or lets you choose Between the Two?
Do you need a software for It?
I’ve been to Linux Page already and I just want to know more Info..
thats all.

I’m trying to find a sight for downloading music. A list of musts
1 Must be legal (I do not mind paying for what I get)
2 Can’t be monopolized buy only using MS Windows based software (Like Yahoo who by the way runs FreeBSD a lot)
3 Have song from 1970-2006 (Not just today’s songs)
It would be great if it was just a web based pay and down load. For the life of me I can not understand why every sight requires you to download and install there software. This could me written in java, flash or in plane HTML.
