Open Sourced Linux or Apache Based Program for management/php/inventory etc.?

Need a flexible program that will allow me to keep track of tools, equipment, technicians, hours, costs, calibrations, classes, materials, track flow meters, pumps, pigging, manage techs, inventory, repairs and maintenance. Basically an extremely flexible and customizable management program that could coincide with excel.

Excell isn’t a management program.
Really it’s a horrible practice. All the data is in a binary format and as such is pretty easy to corrupt. I know that everyone does it, but there are better methods.
Check out Tryton or Open ERP to see if that can suit your needs.
