on my Linux ubuntu 9.04 i accidentally deleted the applications bar how do i fix it

This is from Ubuntu forums:
"If you still have your bottom panel, just right click it and select "New Panel". Then right-click this new panel and select "Add to Panel" to just add everything to it. It only takes a minute or two."
