It looks like Linpus Linux Lite is Fedora based. And according to Fedora users it can be a real pain to install Flash Player.
You can try this though! Good luck!

.tar.gz is universal – .deb if u can use debian packages like ubuntu…
-Nomix
You need to uninstall and reinstall adobe flash
Just click the run tab on the Adobe flash uninstaller
Now reinstall Adobe Flash
Get the .tar.gz file (actually I’m REALLY guessing on this one). Find out where your firefox is installed: mine on this computer is in /usr/lib/firefox — if you open a terminal and type /usr/lib/firefox and get a bunch of files and directories, including firefox, then that’s it. Anyhow, you have to open an xterm –period. Cd to the directory where you downloaded install_flash_player_10_linux.tar.gz and type "tar -xvzf install_flash*.tar.gz" . That should create a subdirectory called install_flash_player_10_linux" cd into that. Now, if you have sudo set up so you can use it (I don’t use linpus) then type "sudo flashplayer-installer" if it isn’t set up then type "su" and give the root password, then, as root, type "./flashplayer-installer" — the period slash or dot-slash means look in the current directory for the executable. You will then be asked to answer a few questions, including the location of the firefox directory. And when you are done start firefox and you should have it. Copy this to a file and DO NOT have a browser open while you do it.
OMG
I have the same problem!
But i dont think i would even know where to start with the solutions above.
surely this should be made simpler for us technophobes?
Lovely netbook I have but forever being told to update flash and i cant even understand the instructions.
