…used for women. Ones used for men?
i can think of one for sure (Timothy), maybe a second one (Mandrake). Suggestions for others? Thanks!

I’ve heard of Alder, Hyacinth (despite "Keeping Up Appearances"), Oliver, Basil, Bud, Alon (Hebrew for Oak)
1. Jack in the pulpit (Jack seems to be everywhere – on playing cards, children’s games, man of all trades, etc.)
2. Snapdragons – aren’t dragons usually portrayed as males?
3. Moneystealers (those puff balls that fly away when you pick one) – like pickpockets which are usually portrayed as males.
