Does Mandriva Linux come with any security tools, like a firewall or antivirus?

Mandriva has firewall, you just need to enable it. (Applications > System > Configure Your Computer > Networking)
Antivirus are not integrated in Mandriva, besides why you have to worry about virus in Linux ? Linux is safer than Windows.
you don't need an anti-virus with linux. About the only reason to get one is if you are running a server and transmitting files to windows machines, even then you can't get infected. Although they aren't immune to viruses, it's highly unlikely to get one because there simply is not enough computers running linux to entice a virus author to write one, and almost all the software you install on linux comes from trusted sources.
there are apps out there for you but they realy are not very badly needed I have been punishing several linux OS for months now and only freespire broke if I did this with XP it would be trash in less then a week
