lego harry potter student in peril?

I’m in the library and I can see the student in peril with a mandrake in front of him, but can someboy please tell me how to get up onto the platform that he is on because I cannot work it out?

At the back of the room, there is a statue holding a book. Jump on the book and use wingardium leviosa to raise yourself to the second level.
