There’s about a million of ‘em like everything in Linux, but ViewTouch I think may be the best supported and most polished.

I’m definitely not an expert in this sort of thing, but…
First I would take a look at CentOS. CentOS is RHEL rebranded. Which means it’s the costly version of Fedora except you don’t have to pay for it. The difference of course is it is more stable. And Red Hat, whether RHEL or Fedora, is optimized for enterprises.
