Selling Opensource software is perfectly legal, it’s just a difficult to run a successful business doing it when it’s free from many sources. One usually has to sell added services to do it. Or maybe even market it to the uninformed.
Linux can be pretty painless and easy to get going if you have the right guide to help you along.
There is a pretty good guide below with a link on how to install applications.
linux is free
Linux has been and will always be free, and so the source code is and has always been free. If you have ever been charged for Linux source code then please contact the GNU project, as selling the source code would be illegal.
