If you have had experience with servers and are also familiar with Windows XP, you should be ok because you at least understand concepts behind server administration. If you’re completely new to Windows, however, you might want to grab a copy of Windows Server and toy with it to figure it out. Just out of curiousity, why not Windows Server 2008? That’s the newest, and a lot of companies will probably be moving up to it soon. Hope that answers your question!
If you are good with windows XP then you stand a chance, but if you’re new to MS OS’s then you might want to get a copy and play with it. But once you get used to where everything is it’s not that bad
