I was wondering what Linux OS is the best?

I would like to know which Linux is the best as in looks and how it runs and if it’s user friendly.

I love Linux Ubuntu because its free and easy to use, but Debian is good too.
Mandriva is excellent if you want to spend money.
This is almost like asking what sect of Christianity is the best. You’re going to get plenty of passionate answers, none of which will be either wrong or right.
If you’re a relative Linux beginner, I would look at the Ubuntu distribution. (www.ubuntu.com)
