I want to install Mandriva Linux operating system, but can I keep Vista on this computer?

Mandriva build I want to use is Mandriva Linux One 2008.
Vista build I have is Home Premium build 6.
How would I go about installing it, I've never installed an operating system on a computer that already had one. Is it the same or is there some other way that it has to be done?

Yes, you just need space to install Mandriva. Vista has the ability to resize partitions rather easily if you don't have the space already. Otherwise, just install it on a separate partition or hard drive and off you go.

First one is how to install Mandriva, second is how to resize your Vista partition if needed, third is how to burn the .iso image, follow that exactly, as you need a good media disk to make everything else happen.
