The web site for NimbleX allows you to choose to make your own , by providing a custom area where you can add programs or files you want in your Linux. It will then create a disk image for you to down load and burn to a CD or DVD depending on how big your image file becomes.
Nope. Im not sure you understand what an Operating system is.
An operating system make the computer function, without it nothing would work and that takes a long time to make. There will never be an online OS generator.
