I am trying to install Superkaramba in Mandriva linux Spring 2007, when i put ./configure into the command?

prompt, i get an error saying ‘configure: error: in the prefix, you have chosen, there are no KDE headers installed. This will fail. So, check this and please use another prefix. What do i need to do to get this to work?

You do not use the correct way to install things in Mandriva.
Go to the Mandriva Control Center.
Select the tab about software installation (it should be the first).
You have a tool to install of softwares.
Search for "superkaramba".
You should see kdeutils4-superkaramba, check it.
You can also check others if you want more themes.
Click Apply and take a coffee (yes, it’s downloading and installing it for you…).
Now, superkaramba is on your system !
You can try by typing "superkaramba" in a terminal or searching in menus.
2 things wrong with your situation. #1 Mandriva #2 SuperKaramba. Both are crap.
