How would I go about a Linux solution to this?

I want to run a single Linux application with OpenGL. I don’t want anything else to run, or anything else to be able to run. Is this possible with Arch Linux? Can OpenGL work on Arch Linux? Hope you are having a good day or night!
Sorry, I didn’t run without an OS. I meant run Arch underneath the app of course. Thanks.

Uhhh yeah you can’t run an app w/o an os
and arch is horrible
you can trim out a system by editing your init scripts or using a GUI equivilent
You may do better by starting in reverse. In other words build up from scratch instead of removing software from an established distro. Try looking into "Linux from scratch"
http://www.linuxfromscratch.org/
You can customize your system from the ground up. Only installing the one or two pieces of software and only that software with nothing else left in the background you may not need.
