You will need bootable windows 95 CD, insert the CD restart the PC, set your primary boot device to CD from bios, and then wait until it is booting the disk and show " pres any key to boot …." after follow the steps.
If you don’t have a bootable win 95 CD , you can boot with a floppy disk, and then enter to CD-Rom drive or where you have the win95 setup files and type "setup.exe".
