How to install applications in puppy linux?

Hi, please help me. I am really stuck with this. I just set up puppy linux OS I want to install some software. But whenever I click on the setup file of a software, it says something like that I don’t have a run action set. Now how can I install a software in puppy linux? Thanks.

You have to use the puppy linux way of installing apps, not the windows way (which is look for apps on the net and download and use the windows installer).
Puppy Linux is an original Linux distribution that is not based upon any other major distribution. It is lightweight, fast and portable.
