I want to know how to burn Yellow Dog Linux 5.0 to my dvd. I have a folder that says, yellowdog-5.0.1-phoenix-20070511-PS3. In the folder I have; etc, images, ppc, ps3, reportdata, Yellowdog, .discinfo, releasenotes, rpm gpg key. Which files do I burn to the cd?!
IMPORTANT: I also don’t know what type of burning process I should do. Should I do a data disk?! I’m clueless here!

To burn any linux distro to a CD or DVD you need to download the ISO image, it won’t boot from the disk if you don’t.
When you do the burn make sure you choose the "burn iso" option in your burning software. one you’ve done this insert the dvd into your computers drive and reboot, making sure that you’ve selected the option to boot from DVD drive first, you can change this in the Bios or on some machines just press F12 just after the machine starts to power up.
Have a look at this UTube video which geves instructions.
