How can I have both Microsoft Windows XP Professional and RedHat Linux on my computer?
I have Microsoft Windows Xp professinal on my computer and I want to install RedHat Linux. I don't want to miss Windows or any other of my informations. The problem is that GRUB( Linux's default boot loader) can't can't understand that I have Windows Xp on my computer. So if I install Linux on my computer I'll miss Windows. If you know a way, please tell me.

im also trying for the same..but its possible..format a disk and bo it from booting
you will have to partition your hard drive into more than one partition. one for your boot drive, and one for your linux drive.
ask 2 ur engineer.i hav both on my pc.first i had xp & 98.
now im having xp&linux.
find some application like partition magic
