I have just bought a new pc and i ve been told that linux can not work with any other operating system ‘less i make some changes about partitioning and all that,more i dont know how to install neither of them

When you start the Fedora/RHEL installer, Anaconda, it will give you an option to make a custom partition table. It’s very simple. Simply make an ext3 partition for fedora/rhel, and one for BSD, along with your swap (typically 1.5x RAM), /root (100M should be fine), and anything else you want. Then run the BSD installer and install it on the partition you want it on.
