disk cleaners for linux suse?

I’m testing Linux Suse in VM and I’m not familiar with the OS. I’d like some direction on a good utility similar to Ccleaner for windows to help keep temp files and crud down. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Also wondering about anti-virus programs and antimaleware programs for suse.

Anti-virus and anti-malware programs are generally not needed in linux. You should run one if you are running as a server for windows clients.
Here are some "cleaners" for opensuse but I would advise you to carefully check which files or directories are being deleted because these type of "automatic" cleaners have been known to be overly aggressive and might delete important files.
