Mint Linux is based off of Ubuntu, so that would be hard to say if it would be the worlds most usable.
i use linux mint and i love it
it kix ass
its only competitors is arguably pclinuxos
I have used quite a few distros and ubuntu was pretty much the easiest. Mint was even easier, and has features that seem to be just that step ahead of ubuntu. I like being able to switch to root in the file manager, so as not to have to go to the command line. Everything seemed to just work better. Also the software manager is great. I love it and wont likely use anything else expect to test drive in my virtual.Mint meny is awesome.
So yes it could be the worlds most usable linux OS. There just so many great distros and branches out there I wouldnt hail it as king quite yet.
Absolutley without question and leaves Ubuntu its foundation distro. well and truly in the shade
I do not play with Linux Mint I use it as my primary OS
