Free – AVG has at least an anti-virus for free. Go to http://free.grisoft.com and there are 3 free programs that might help you. I use them on the computers at home, work and the family/friends I support. There may be others out there but I dont know, new to LInux myself.
There is AVG which provides a free client. your best bet would be ClamAV, but the thing is.. There are hardly any viruses/spyware for linux machines and the best thing for you to do is keep up with the latest updates/upgrades for your linux distribution.
